I mean it: This food isn’t for everyone.
It’s for people who have started to realize that not all food is equal. For people who care whether their food is doing more than just filling a plate. For people who want ingredients with real life in them, meals with more intention, and food that helps them feel better, not just full.
To me, eating like a farmer means eating real food. Food with a season. Food with integrity. Food that actually supports your energy.
It means caring how your food was grown, what the animals were fed, and whether your meals are built from ingredients that truly nourish.
That’s what I mean when I say: eat like a farmer.
If this speaks to you, DM me and tell me what “eat like a farmer” means to you.
