Guests attending the Lumen Moon An Evening with the Aunts will get to craft their very own butterfly wing spell jar. I just finished a new batch of protection spell tapers. I always say that protection is the foundation of one's craft.

I've dressed each candle with black copal, frankincense, mugwort, garden sage, yarrow, stinging nettle, rosemary and lavender. Hand-rolled. 100% beeswax and crafted with intension.

Come by and visit the shop for September's Bremerton First Friday Art Walk, where local author Brandy Williams has graciously offered to teach you cord magic from her book Tapping into the Power of String, Yarn, Twists and Knots. I had the pleasure of having a one on one cord tying session with her and it was such an incredible experience. Brandy will be teaching as you stop in and also signing books in my space directly next door at 1210 Pacific. I will have her Cord Magic book available for purchase as will as her Practical Magic For Beginners in limited quantities. If you already have a copy, bring it! This is such a great opportunity to learn in person from a deeply seasoned witch. Definitely take advantage of this knowledge and add it to your skill set.

Lumen Moon presents An Evening With The Aunts. This private event is inspired by the aesthetic and essence of Practical Magic and will be held in Lumen Moon's event space next to the main shop.

Each ticket includes midnight margarita magic with a mocktail option as well. Help yourself to a gorgeous grazing table along with decadent chocolate cupcakes. You will be able to create your very own butterfly wing spell jar at the witchcrafting table to take back to your abode. Each guest will leave with a witchery goodie bag filled with Lumen Moon creations curated and hand-cradted, especially for this event.

Guests will have exclusive access to an array of experiences for purchase during the evening.

✨️Lumen Moon wares crafted and curated to embody the aesthetic of the evening.

✨️Holly Brawley will have her gorgeous hand-made butterfly floral cloches and other whimsical oddities available to enchant your home and sacred spaces.

✨️Vivienne from Sweet Leaf Ink has graciously drawn up an incredible witchy inspired flash sheet specifically for this event. She will be offering ornamental fine line tattoos, and her designs will be available as first come, first serve sign ups.

✨️Henna by Holly will be offering non-permanent whimsy with her ornate henna designs.

✨️Joshua Sellers is using his unique approach with divination to give you a personalized reading you will never forget.

I started making candles like for real for reals in 2017. Many of you have "Heidi Shrines" 😅 which means you own MANY of my crystal candle creations over the years, have never fu***ng burned them, and they are displayed all together in a shrine manner. I love you and you have no idea the joy that brings me. However, you are allowed to burn them 😆 I honestly miss doing my OG crystal candle collections. They satisfied so many of my Taurean aesthetic tendencies. Definitely a vibe. If you were with me during that time in my life, you know the magic that was had between us. I'm channeling that essence and making it into an entire evening. I'm calling it "An Evening With the Aunts". It will be a ticketed event held in my space next door (1210 Pacific Ave) on Sunday, September 13th, 6-10pm. If you love Practical Magic, midnight margaritas, charcutarie grazing tables, tattoos, henna, belladonna, whimsy, divination, fever dreams, and chocolate cake for breakfast, then this will indeed be up your alley. Tickets will be available soon.

I just finished these Lumen Moon Embrace Spell Candles that are now available in the shop. They allow for comfort, love & joy, protection, and soothes one's sorrows. Each one has a gorgeous clear quartz cluster w/inclusions, a dried rose bud, and is dressed with holy basil tulsi, cardamom, rose, cinnamon, and marshmallow root.

I feel the most at home in liminal spaces. Somewhere suspended between the dead and the living. There is so much beauty to be felt in this in-between and yet deep sadness as well. I have always known that I am held and safe in a clearing of headstones, sorrow, flowers, and wishes.

AUGUST PENDULUM WORKSHOP

Join me for this two hour in-person evening workshop where we will go beyond the yes, no, and maybe functions of the pendulum. This divination tool can be used in ways you may have never even heard of. I will be teaching you how to build a relationship with your pendulum, how to strengthen your intuition and magical workings by using your pendulum, and how to use it in different modalities. We will also be exploring how I use my pendulum within my mediumship and “for hire” witch work and how to safely use your tool in various situations. This is a safe space to ask questions and redefine how you use a pendulum in your everyday life. We are exploring basics but also go very deep into what this tool is capable of. I have created this class to be suitable for any skill level. Come with an open mind and see what is possible.

I encourage you to bring your own pendulum if you have one. However, your ticket includes a pendulum that you can pick out. It is always good to have a second one just in case, or you can pick one out as your pendulum for the evening and take it with you. You will also receive a laminated version of the spirit board that I prefer using, a selenite stick for setting boundaries, and a velvet bag for your tools. We will be going over how I use spirit boards in tandem with a pendulum as part of this class. I am going to leave it towards the end of the evening in case anyone participating is not comfortable learning this material.

I typically only teach this information in a mentorship one on one style. So, this is a great opportunity and an affordable way to learn if it's something that you are curious about or feel drawn to.
