Now that the main floor build out is complete, this IG account will go silent until the next project. We hope everyone enjoyed seeing the process of renovating this amazing old building, but more so hope you can come visit the space and see and feel it’s new spirit. We couldn’t be happier with the results of making this a useable, accessible and inviting cafe | retail space. Through asbestos removal, major structural repair, significant code compliance modifications and total MEP overhauls, this building will surely continue to stand the test of time and add to the history of Historic Downtown Brenham.
