A NEW BABY KING REIGNS! All hail the baby king of the market! 🐣👑

Baby King ~I~ came to claim his throne at just ONE WEEK old, and we could not be prouder to be part of his first week earthside. Huge congratulations and admiration for his parents ( .kaye.frank) for introducing him to the importance of sustainable agriculture so soon. ☺️

It means so much to us to be a part of your growing lives! We love to hear and see how the market nourishes your littles or how it fills your cup. When our kids were born, we barely left the block for weeks, but I like to think we would have tried to make it to this market if it had existed. We’re so glad to be here with you.

Happy market season! Thank you to the hundreds of you who came out today to support the opening day of the farmers market!

We are so honored to be in the third year of supporting this community, and grateful to all who have made the market part of your weekly routine. We saw lots of new babies, and the babies of last year are toddling across the grass, and the toddlers are climbing trees, and the tree-climbers are coming in from soccer games, and it’s all powered by fresh great food from our farmers and vendors, and let’s be real, pops from 😋

It’s opening day at Gateway Farmer’s Market on Saturday, and your favorite farmers are coming back for the season! Come out and pick up your fresh produce, meats, flowers, and farm products from Fireside Farm, Garner’s Produce, Hog Haven Farm, Pecan Meadow Farm, Quince Blossom Ridge, root to plate, Sharrah Orchard, and Singh Sugar Maple Farm!

We’re sooo excited to be back outside with our wonderful community - you, neighbors, farmers, makers, friends, and bakers! Send this to your friends and make a plan to be there for opening day, April 18! 🥳

This launches our season and we will be open every Saturday 9AM to 1PM, rain or shine, into November. 🧑‍🌾

Get hungry, check your recipes, plan a dinner party, bribe your kids with popsicles for good behavior, bring your tote bags, call an old friend for coffee, get your vases out for spring flowers, dust off the picnic blanket, etc etc 💙
