Look at how far this waterfront has come. What started as open ground and a whole lot of vision is now a destination: a full-service marina, restaurants on the water, retail, and now The August, bringing residents home to the Bridgeport shoreline.

Every piling, every pier, every ribbon cutting got us here. And we're not finished yet.

Residents, officials, neighbors, and partners gathered on the waterfront to mark the opening of Steelpointe Harbor's first residential community — a milestone years in the making for Bridgeport.

🎉 A milestone moment on the Bridgeport waterfront!

Yesterday we celebrated the ribbon-cutting of The August, the first residential phase at Steelpointe Harbor, and what a day it was!

A huge thank you to Frank Borres, who served as our Master of Ceremonies and kept the celebration moving. We were also honored to be joined by Mayor Joe Ganim and Governor Ned Lamont, who shared remarks on what this new chapter means for Bridgeport and the future of our waterfront community.

The August at Steelpointe Harbor marks an exciting step forward, and this is just the beginning. Here's to everything still to come on the harbor. ⚓️

🌊 What a weekend. 🏊‍♂️

This past Saturday, Steelpointe Harbor and Bridgeport Harbor Marina were proud to host the 39th Annual Swim Across the Sound. 🎉

Hundreds of swimmers, boat captains, and volunteers came together for one incredible cause: supporting cancer patients and their families across our community. Together, this year's event raised over $500,000 to fund that mission. 💙

To every swimmer who braved the Sound, every crew who guided them safely, and everyone who came out to cheer, thank you for making our harbor the launch point for something this meaningful. Events like this are exactly why we love being part of Bridgeport's waterfront.

Here's to the swimmers, the survivors, and those we swim for. 🌅
