These socks are over 1800 years old. We saw them in the Albert & Victoria museum in London. They look like Big Birdfeet.

Today we happened to be going past Buckingham Palace at the changing of the guard. Got a great view and from there walked towards Big Ben and got there at 12:00 o’clock. Our timing has been great.

We are taking a little trip to London to celebrate Zoe & Sean’s birthdays.
We left Eileen plenty to do while we are gone. Come by the store and say hello.

The process of soap making (saponification) is oils and lye heating to the correct temperature and cooling at the right speed. The blankets help the soap from cooling too fast. There is over 300 lbs of soap under the blankets. Tomorrow it will get uncovered and we will get to see Amy’s newest creation.
Pure essential oils of Juniper berry, basil, bergamot and patchouli. We are gonna need a name.

Today we spun and plied a fresh batch of “George” yarn.

I made a pair of “sock monkey” Sox. These just happened to fit Amy. She snagged them for herself.
