Yesterday, we had a 4-day Clear to Close. Today, I received two more—at 5 and 6 days.

One of them is a condo loan with a full appraisal and condo review.

That’s no coincidence. It’s the result of a strong process and the right team.

I received a purchase agreement on the afternoon of Tuesday, August 11, for clients who were determined to close by August 21. Ten days? No problem.

We’re ready in just four business days.

What is an “Ultimate Submission,” you ask? It’s a loan package submitted by a team with enough experience that the underwriter doesn’t have to hunt for missing documents or issue conditions for anything beyond homeowners insurance, title work, and the borrower’s first paycheck after returning from medical leave.

I’m fired up for my clients and thrilled that their kids will be starting at their new schools on time.
