I was diagnosed with POTS last week and started new medication two days ago so I've been a little messed up from POTS symptoms and new medication side effects. Thankfully, I'm improving everyday!

I finally started feeling somewhat normal again after a POTS and endo flare up. So, today, I have homemade apple butter going in the crockpot and I'm going to be baking a homemade apple butter pie with the apple butter I made last week.
