This little nature oasis had exactly one opening, and the Solstice slipped right into it. 🌲🏡

Getting it there was half the adventure. Our delivery crew carefully worked their way down a narrow wooded drive, weaving the building through the trees until it reached its new home tucked beneath the canopy.

And when we say it was the perfect size, we mean it. If this Solstice had been much larger, a few of its tree friends might have had to make an unfortunate sacrifice. 🌳😅

Instead, it nestled beautifully into the space, surrounded by woods, with its warm natural wood entry standing out against the dark exterior.

Proof that you don’t need a huge clearing to create a pretty incredible little escape.

These Natural Face Bluestone Steps are a beautiful example of what happens when natural stone and skilled craftsmanship work together. Each massive piece brings its own color, texture, and character, creating a staircase that feels less like something installed and more like something that has always belonged in the landscape.

Meet Emerald 💚🏡

She’s been sitting pretty at Livingston Farm, soaking up the Vermont sunshine, watching cars go by, and wondering when someone was finally going to recognize her star potential.

Well… her next adventure is right around the corner!

Emerald is ready to pack up her windows, straighten her little dormer, and head off to her new home. Will she become a garden headquarters? A backyard hideaway? The world’s cutest tool shed? She’s keeping that part of the story a secret for now. 😉

One thing’s certain: this little green gem is ready for her happily ever shed-ter. 💚

Once upon a time, a little white building arrived at the edge of the woods.

It had crisp white siding, charcoal doors, rows of beautiful windows, and a long clerestory reaching toward the sky. But there was one thing it didn’t have yet…

A purpose.

And that was the most exciting part.

Because right now, this little space could become anything.

Maybe one morning, a desk will be carried through those doors and the windows will fill with sunlight. A coffee cup will find its favorite spot, ideas will be scribbled into notebooks, and a tiny backyard office will become the birthplace of something very big.

Or perhaps shelves will line the walls and paintbrushes, fabric, clay, yarn, and half-finished masterpieces will move in. There will be music playing, projects scattered everywhere, and absolutely no requirement to clean up before dinner. 🎨

Maybe it will become a garden retreat, with muddy boots by the door and seedlings soaking up the sunshine.

Perhaps a cozy reading chair will land beneath one of those windows, followed by a mountain of books and a very firm rule that nobody is allowed to interrupt until the chapter is finished.

It could become a workshop.

A studio.

A home gym.

A place to build a business.

A hideaway for morning coffee.

A headquarters for hobbies that have been waiting patiently for enough room to grow.

Or maybe it will become something its new owner hasn’t even dreamed up yet.

That’s the wonderful thing about an empty space.

It isn’t really empty at all.

It’s filled to the rafters with possibility.

And somewhere inside this little building in the woods, there’s a dream waiting to unpack its boxes. 🌿✨
