🚨NFA SUPPRESSOR UPDATE🚨

REMINDER: Suppressors are still being transferred from distributors to dealers on an ATF Form 3. Without a subsequent Form 4, there is no way to pull the suppressor from the ATF inventory (NFRTR). That leaves the question, is it unregistered?

An unregistered NFA fi***rm violation under 26 U.S.C. § 5861 carries up to ten years in federal prison, a $10,000 fine, forfeiture of the fi***rm, and a lifetime ban on fi***rm ownership.

That penalty is not reduced by having purchased the item from a licensed dealer with a Form 4473 approval.

Our customers will not be test subjects for a lawsuit. Protecting YOU and OUR business is our top priority, therefore, we will continue with Form 4s until further notice.

Please remember the injunction could still be overturned within the 60 day timeframe (Roughly 40ish Days to go).

We understand if you want to take the risk and purchase somewhere selling on 4473, that is definitely your choice. Just please be aware the ATF can be very harsh, even when they are wrong.

We appreciate your business and understanding during this time.

08/13: Good morning everyone ! Getting lots of questions on suppressor sales after the court ruling in Texas. According to that ruling suppressors and SBR/SBS are off the NFA for us in Oklahoma (maybe?) and GOA/NRA members, Silencershop customers etc.. I can say at this specific moment the waters are way to muddy to proceed other than normal form 4 submissions. Suppressors are inventoried with the ATF currently, and the only way at the moment to take them out of inventory is through form 4 submissions. I spoke to our local ATF agent and at this time they have no guidance moving forward. My guess is you’d be hard pressed to find an FFL/SOT that’s going to risk selling a suppressor on form 4473. The ATF can be a cruel mistress, even when they are wrong. At this time it’s not worth risking over 40 years in business and losing license as well as being arrested. Wanted to be as transparent as possible during this time. Appreciate your support and understanding. If you spend any time online you’ll see how muddy the waters are currently and all the mis-information out there about this. Yes I’ve seen a few people making sales last night at midnight, but I would consider them test cases at best to see how the ATF will respond.

Thanks again!
