This is a screenshot from our website homepage. We had a situation last night that I want to discuss. A customer placed an order on Monday (yes, this past Monday) then messaged me last night asking me to ship their order. Yes, a mere 72 hours later. When I told them that their order was set to ship on Tuesday, they said it was โ€œridiculousโ€ that itโ€™d take a week to ship an โ€œin stockโ€ item and to cancel the order. And I did.
Hereโ€™s the thing. In stock means itโ€™s available to order. Most times, we make-to-order. We finished their item on Tuesday and it was left to dry/cure. We are artists. We are not drop-shippers. We are not resellers. This is not Amazon. This is not Prime. Treat artisans with respect or stick with Amazon and Walmart. โ˜ฎ๏ธโค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ข
