Bella Cuff benefits Paco Paws Rescue based in Owasso, Ok. We rescue dogs from kill shelters and mills. Our primary goal was to get Owasso and Collinsville to a NO KILL status. Once a town reaches this status not only does it saves dogs, it qualifies the town f

or several federal grants, Grant money that goes to dog parks, side walk repair, lighting etc, anything that enriches lives or pets and pet owners. Our long term goal is to expand to Tulsa and surrounding areas and eliminate kill shelters. Oklahoma kill shelters put dog down though a method known as " Heart Stick" This is a painful death for dogs, we are trying to make people aware of this and stop this practice.
