We’re so excited to be popping up at the Boots & Bows Market next Saturday! 🤠💗

Come find us at Crazy Girl House on Saturday, September 12th from 9–4 for a day full of shopping, local makers, good vibes, and of course… BOOKS. 📚✨

And yes, we’re bringing your Chapterhouse favorites, Blind Dates with a Book! 📖 If you’ve never picked a book based solely on a few mysterious clues, this is your sign. 😉

There will be 40+ local vendors, 20+ raffle giveaways, and swag bags for the first 25 shoppers, so you’re definitely going to want to get there early!

Hey, Chapterhouse friends. 🖤

I know I’ve been pretty quiet the past few months.
Truthfully, life has been hard lately. Some personal things have taken a lot out of me, and I’ve been struggling to find the energy and motivation to keep up with everything. Unfortunately, I have been considering closing The Chapterhouse.

And that’s been a really difficult thing to admit, because this business has never just been a business to me. It started with a love of books, obviously, but somewhere along the way it became so much more than that. It became the people I’ve met, the conversations I’ve had, the books I’ve gotten to put into someone’s hands, and all of the little moments that have happened because I decided to throw a bunch of books in a vehicle and take them somewhere.

I’m still not entirely sure what the future of The Chapterhouse looks like.

BUT we have an event next weekend (more details to come) and we will just take it day by day for now.

And, honestly, I’m looking forward to it. Maybe I just needed some time. Maybe I needed to step back and remember that I don’t have to have everything figured out right now. I just know that I’ve missed this. And I’ve missed all of you.

So if you’re out next weekend in Broken Arrow, I hope to see you! Tell me what you’ve been reading. Tell me what I absolutely need to add to my TBR. Let me help you find your next favorite book or grab a Blind Date With a Book!

And for a little while, we’ll just be The Chapterhouse again. 🖤📚 Thank you for sticking around, even while I’ve been quiet.
