The Aftermath

The aftermath of a Superior snow storm. The sheet ice in the lake made its way into some bays and built piles 20-30 feet high. Then, the waves eroded the frozen ice piles. Awesomeness.

Split Rock Lighthouse overlooking Lake Superior!

I love this lighthouse. Not only is it perched on a stunning 130- foot cliff, but the buildings themselves are just iconic. I don’t think there is a single bad view of this lighthouse.
