November flew by in a flash, let’s take a moment to give thanks for the memories and achievements it shaped!

It was an exciting month for sales, stuffed to the brim with tradeshows and networking events! It began with Minnesota Multi Housing’s Changing the Game Expo. Ashley and Joe had a blast reconnecting with everyone and establishing new connections. They also gained inspirational insights at the Nationally Speaking Speakers Showcase last week. We thank both Nationally Speaking and MHA for organizing these wonderful events!

Throughout the month, Ashley linked up with local professionals at a myriad of networking brunches and happy hours around the metro area. She’s incredibly grateful to be a part of our Minnesotan business community and looks forward to another collaborative month ahead!

Back in the showroom, our customer service team has been freshening up our displays and shelving as we begin preparation for the new year.

Our production team was happy to create some Work Zone Safety plaques to recognize the courageous efforts of our Minnesota Highway Workers. Check out the “Give ‘Em a Brake” pun on their logo; it’s always sure to give us a laugh! We’ve also been reorganizing our inventory to integrate some new products. Stay tuned for a sneak peek at these brand-new items!

Inspiration can start with a simple hello 👋 Ashley and Joe are looking forward to a full month of local tradeshows and networking events ahead!

Catch us in the Veranda ballroom at MN Multi Housing Association (MHA)'s Changing the Game Expo tomorrow! It’s always a pleasure to reconnect with our business partners and build new connections at this annual gathering. Next week, Ashley will be at Nine Mile Brewing for their Networking with Purpose happy hour.

We cannot wait to hear from the impressive lineup of speakers at the Nationally Speaking Showcase. This show never fails to inspire our team, be sure to stop by in the morning for some great coffee and conversation! We’re closing out the month with OffiCenters Minneapolis at their monthly Slice of Woodbury networking lunch.

Before sweeping away the last cobwebs of October, let’s pause to reflect on the connections made!

This month, the sales team had the pleasure of engaging with our community at several local events. Ashley kicked off the month at a lively networking luncheon put together by Fat Pants Brewing Co. The Twin Cities SHRM Fall Leadership Conference was a wonderful opportunity to collaborate and connect with our valued business partners. Both Joe and Ashley had an excellent time yesterday! We’re eternally grateful for our warm community and conversations that continue to inspire us.

Meanwhile, our production team maintained an impressive pace throughout the month, bringing creativity and precision to each project. The etchers crafted a beautiful collection of color-filled jade glass awards for Housing First MN Foundation's BIG Night, while production specialist Gessika assembled their distinctive Reggie sculpted awards. After putting the finishing touches on this monumental 18” x 16” custom glass house recognizing their remodeler of the year, we sent these crafted mementos to their new homes.

Happy National Cat Day from Charlie the shop cat! He wishes everyone a safe and spooktacular Halloween. 🎃

This is his favorite time of year to run around the shop playing tricks on our staff and gorging on pumpkin spice cake from his regal throne. We thank Briana Voyen for creating Charlie's Dracula and Renaissance AristoCat costumes. Should we also make a trophy or medallion for him as Kitty Costume of the Year?
