Our North African Olive Wood Collection is COMING SOON to Anytime Olive Oil Products — and we couldn’t resist pairing it with a recipe that looks just as good served in olive wood as it tastes.
🍋🦐 LEMON GARLIC SHRIMP ORZO
Ingredients:
• 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 1 cup orzo pasta
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• Juice & zest of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley
• Grated Parmesan (optional)
Let’s Cook! 👩🍳
Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp and season with salt, pepper & oregano. Cook until pink and cooked through.
Add tomatoes and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Stir in the cooked orzo, lemon juice and lemon zest. Toss everything together.
Finish with fresh parsley and Parmesan — then serve & enjoy!
