Today, I bow to the divine feminine within all of us 🌺✨🙇🏽♀️
Every time I participate in fasting during —the festival honoring the 9 avatars of Durga—it renews my connection to self, community, womb energy, creation, grace, yoga, meditation, intentional eating, and above all, God through the divinity within 🤍
Within these past 9 days:
🔻 Woken up looking forward to my spiritual practice with consistency and joy 🧘🏽♀️
🔻 Enjoyed sharing knowledge with the community through my stories 📲✨
🔻 Gained powerful knowledge through my Level 1 certification in numerology with .english 🔢
🔻Rested deeply and took moments to check-in with my body
🔻 Lost weight in all forms—physical, mental, and spiritual 🌿
🔻 Experienced a deep release and relief of compounded jaw tension from acupuncture with .wlth 💆🏽♀️
🔻 Slowed down the mental chatter 🕊️
🔻 Shaken off some limiting beliefs 🌀
🔻 Reconnected with adorning myself in colors 🎨
🔻 Remembered that food is medicine and observed how fasting helps curb mindless overconsumption 🍎
🔻 Meditated with my loving partner .j while practicing yoga from a distance with my soul sister .english 🤍
🔻 Practiced the power of YES—making a commitment to say yes to everything this month 🙌🏽✨
This winter was heavy energetically, and this feels like a reminder that shifting into a lighter mind/body space happens in subtleties—small wins, little steps, and mindful manifestations. It lives in the words we say to ourselves and in showing up every day with grace, not the pressure of perfection 🌸
