From the first sip of any of his wines- from the villages to the Les Grilles- the amount of precision he uses in the vineyards as well as the cellar.

Oui, oui motherf*ckers, we’ve got an insane lineup of ! The legend responsible for introducing to wine, Ochin’s work spans from music to restaurants to some of the best first vintages around. His current line of cuvées work with old vine Bobal from a historic plot in Utiel-Requena and Xarel-lo from 80-year-old vines in Penedès. These wines go so hard. ANDERS ALERT! IYKYK. But if you don’t keep reading… We’re so excited to bring BK a major lineup of .frederik.steen , a true legend of the natural wine scene. It’s hard to sum up Steen and Blauert’s winemaking because it’s esoteric in nature - which is seemingly why their simple labels labels and poetic names (such as “Go Visit Nature Before It’s Too Late”) prepare you for the complexities of what’s waiting inside the bottle. The wines at large are hard to describe, but they’re united in their tendency to be unexpected, unique and oxidative. These bottles are something special and begs to be enjoyed slowly and thoughtfully.
