Our opening reception for Tsismosas Collective’s founders’ exhibition Metamorphosis was incredible 😭🌊✨🐙🐻🐠 Thank you for being part of the experience and witnessing me and my sisters Alitha and Cassandra.

Thank you so much to Diana From Here to Sunday 🍉 Shop 🍒 Gallery 🍍 Community who’s always been a loving and generous supporter of the collective. This show feels like a full circle moment cuz I stumbled upon From Here to Sunday while living in the neighborhood & working as a software engineer a few years ago before pursuing art & design—I dreamt of one day having my art sold at the gift shop + gallery… I didn’t dream of having an exhibit.

The universe works in mysterious ways. I’m touched to have been able to share the moment with my fu***ng awesome cofounders.

We talked about how our art has transformed and grown over the past 4 years of running Tsismosas. Art grows WITH us, and the stories we are a conduit for as artists and activists have so much meaning. My encouragement to the group was to never stop creating. By extension—never stop connecting the dots of your own art, own life. There are stories there that you might not yet be aware of.

Sad news for our EU friends 😔

Unfortunately, we are suspending shipping to the EU due to the new PPWR law taking effect on August 12. This will have a massive impact on small & micro businesses all over the world, and we hope there will be changes made soon. Thank you for the support thus far, and we hope that this is only a temporary obstacle.

While we don't typically get as many orders from abroad, our largest order ever came from the EU just last month. It's a shame we have to close off markets there at a time when the cost of running a biz is already extra challenging due to the current economy. And we feel for all the small businesses and creators based in the EU who are also subject to the same law and will suffer greater repercussions.
