When our Creative Director Fiona first pitched a fashion week show, it took about zero seconds to say yes. For over a year, Fiona Cole has quietly been the secret weapon behind our special collections and drops as well as more recently our brand imagery (she’s also a full time plus size designer who’s worked with some brands you’d know - and working with us has been a special side project for her).
This collection was Fiona’s own designs, pieces she upcycled straight from our racks, and a curated pull of some of our best secondhand PBK finds. The whole point: show what an all plus size runway looks like, and what’s possible when it’s built on circular, secondhand fashion instead of anything new.
Thank you to Fiona for turning this into a reality, our shop staff for pulling it off behind the scenes, the amazing makeup team for working their magic, our nail artist, our raffle sponsors, and every single model and creative who showed up and showed out.
