Painful as it is to have lost Lisa, it’s just as hard seeing the closing of her pride and joy, Zelda Jean’s Gift Shop. Susan Johnson and staff of Johnson Auctioneers, are currently working hard to bring about a respectful and tributing online auction of all the contents, including displays and supplies Lisa used, in the shop. In addition to the various creative products that Lisa made, many of her vendors generously donated their goods in Lisa’s memory giving her customers one last chance to own a piece of Zelda Jean’s. You don’t want to miss your chance on owning these vintages, handcrafted, repurposed goods that made Lisa’s shop unique.

Information will be posted soon on the auction date and the website. Let’s all give Lisa the best, albeit sad, closing of Zelda Jean’s!

Today marks 2 months since I lost my angel and best friend on earth 😢 I struggle each day without her physical presence that made me complete. Lisa was taken from us all way too early with so much more to give. Take a moment to remember her and what she brought to your life. Then, make a special point to celebrate the people in your life that mean so much to you and make you complete. Today they are a gift but tomorrow their presence is not guaranteed! I LOVE and miss you horribly Lisa! Please pray and watch out for all of us from your perch above 😇

It is with extreme sadness that my dear Lisa has passed on. I know she would like me to thank all her wonderful vendors and loyal customers that help make Zelda Jean’s a dream come true

Lisa Anne Herrmann Crail was born on April 7, 1964 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was the youngest of 9 children born to Gilbert Jeanne Herrmann and graduated from Mother of Mercy High School. Lisa passed away peacefully at Margaret Mary Hospice on Sunday, August 10, 2025 with her husband by
