Oh happy days.......yesterday was post office day!! So permanent vendor forms are in the mail!! Less than 2 months until the opening market!!! Who is excited???? I am!!!
We are always looking for new vendors, if interested send a message and I will be in touch!!

VENDOR CONTRACTS MAILING SOON
**New/More Vendors needed. We are always accepting new vendors. The Hazen Flea Market cannot operate without our vendors. Over the past several years our numbers have fallen. Flea Marketing is hard work, and not a lot of new people are getting into it. Weather sometimes is not appealing, and also keeps numbers down. But without good showing of vendors, it affects the shoppers moving forward. We accept sellers of nearly everything that is LEGAL, NOT COUNTERFEIT, and so forth. You can check our rules at

It is Hazen flea market weekend! Woohoo the weather supposed to be beautiful on Saturday and Sunday at this point the storms aren't supposed to happen till afternoon but who knows there's still a lot of time for that to change so please don't let the weather scare you off! After this Market there is only one more flea market left for the season in October. Cannot believe the season is almost completed for 2022! Let's fill this market up. We are always accepting and looking for new vendors. See you all this weekend can't wait.

As many of you are aware we lost our Fire Company President and Fire Police Captain David Blommen (Mr. D) on July 23rd. Dave was a life and original member and was just shy of reaching his 50th year of service (That’s gonna drive him nuts). Dave will be more than missed, as those words are difficult to find to express. Dave was our friend, our brother, and so much more. He was there any time you needed him, and he was there when no one else was around. He always took care of what others didn’t have time to do, or what was forgotten about, or didn’t know needed done. He lived for the fire service, the betterment of people on their worst days. I look back and reflect on the “old guys” from the time I started. God do I miss those guys and gals. Dave is one of the last of that caliber, non-replaceable. Those of us that got to cherish time with that generation received some priceless; knowledge, experience, brotherhood of the fire service, laughs and tears. It made you family. And these were guys that didn’t expect a pat on the back. Dave never expected a pat, or blue ribbon, or attention. Here is to you Dave, God Speed until we cross paths again. We love you brother….
Calling hours will be on Wednesday 2-4 then 7-9 at Carlson-Shugarts Funeral home in Brockway. A funeral service will be held Thursday the 28th 11 am at the funeral home. Keep Dave’s family in your thoughts and prayers.

The chance of rain on Saturday is down to 50%!! Still another day to change!! It looks like it will be scattered in the am!! I am optimistic that it will be a great weekend! As a reminder to shoppers the flea market is a rain or shine event!! 🙂🙂 However, we always vote for shine!! 🌞 I can't wait to see everyone!!

Flea Market weekend is approaching!! We can't wait!! These months fly by. To our vendors please don't cancel yet the weather already changed for Sunday so lets hope it changes for Saturday and we have a great 4th of July Flea Market weekend!! 🤞🙂🇺🇸

TRAFFIC ALERT:
Both east bound ramps of I 80 Exit 81 (Hazen Exit) will be closed Friday evening through Saturday night. You can get off at the Brookville Exit 78 and come through Brookville to get to Hazen.
