What a week at The Quilt Store!

We had so many students in the store completing projects: H20-2-Go sling bags, quilted sneakers, and a first quilt tops from the beginners' class. ❤️ Congrats to all you amazing creators!

Time for Fri-yay Finish! 🌻

This week's feature is Eloise, whose beautiful autumn-inspired quilt we recently had the pleasure of quilting. Eloise loves sunflowers ("You wouldn't believe how many I have all over the house!" she tells us), and this quilt is headed for her bedroom. In fact, she picked it up on her 30th wedding anniversary -- congratulations to Eloise and her husband, and may the years ahead be as abundant as a sunflower field!

👀 What's on the longarm this week? 👀

It's Talent Tuesday! We're starting to see more holiday-themed quilts (could Halloween and Christmas really be coming up SO soon?!), as well as this beautiful starry night inspired-quilt.

Now's the perfect time to get your holiday quilts in so they're ready for gifting (or snuggling) by the big day!

When stitching down the binding don’t neglect the corner. By stitching the mitered corner closed it preserves the 90 degree corner and it won’t “round” out over time. Be sure the bulk of the miter goes in opposite directions for a nice flat corner. Tune in for our Facebook live on Thursday for a live demo.
