The farmers market has been CANCELED!!!

Due to incoming storms, today’s Brownsburg Farmers Market has been canceled. This decision was made to prioritize the safety of participants and staff.

We are disappointed to have to cancel today's Farmers Market, but constantly changing weather radars have unpredictable outcomes. We are looking forward to seeing you next week for Hometown Heroes at the Brownsburg Farmers Market!

Apparently today is National Book Lovers Day… which feels like a pretty important holiday around here. 😂📚

Whether you’re a romance reader, thriller lover, fantasy obsessed, or the person who says, “I don’t need another book” and then buys three anyway… today is for you.

So here’s your official permission to read a little longer, add another book to your TBR, or maybe even buy yourself a new one. 😉

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve stepped inside the Book Barn. ❤️

After losing my dad, I needed some time to step away, be with my family, and just take things one day at a time.

Today, I finally came back out to clean, reset, and start getting everything ready again. It was a little emotional, a little bittersweet, but it also felt really good to be back. 📚

I’m still finding my way back to “normal,” but little by little, the Book Barn is getting ready to hit the road again. 🐓📚❤️

Thank you so much for all the kindness, patience, and support you’ve shown me these past few weeks. It has meant more than you know.

Thank you all for your patience over the past week or so. 💙

I’ve been a little quiet because my family has been navigating the loss of my dad. He was my hero, and taking this time to be with my family has meant everything.

I truly appreciate all of your kindness, understanding, and support. I’m planning to get back into the swing of things next week and can’t wait to share more books, events, and all the fun things happening at Red Rooster Book Barn.

Over the last week, I’ve had to step away from work and the Book Barn more than I ever expected.

Family has needed my full attention as my dad’s health has declined, and being with him has been where I needed to be. It’s been one of the hardest seasons of my life.

I appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and kindness while I navigate this. Your messages, prayers, and support have meant more than I can put into words.

If you’ve been waiting on a response from me, thank you for your grace. I’ll get back to everyone as soon as I’m able.
