Hey, Hey, Hey; this is the ole witch up on Mountain Home Dr. I have been planting and planting and I think the Great Pumpkin Hunt for kids this year may be pretty interesting; may be a little thick but hey that is o.k. right? (as long as no littles get lost!) Stay tuned for further information as the season progresses and as the pumpkins emerge; we have changed the drawing numbers a bit this year, all children will be winners; we will post later on when we see the crop how many we will draw. As I finish this task, must get on with trimming the trees; we will have some really awesome Blue Spruce this year and of course Nordmann and also a few Nobles left. We expect a very dry summer and so will be doing a lot of irrigating. Looking forward to seeing you all this fall and do have a safe and fun summer! Chris and Lucy

THOMPSON'S CHRISTMAS TREES WOULD LIKE TO WISH ALL OF OUR FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A WONDERFUL, SAFE, HAPPY 2026! We appreciate the support to this small farm, it means a lot to us for sure! We will be adding a larger pumpkin patch in the fall of 2026 and try to get the word out earlier and also we are going to try different sunflowers to offer at the same time as the pumpkins. Back in July; we advertised a big heavy tree for only $5; first come; first served. Well some folks came and tagged and pd for it next day and today they came to claim it. I will admit I had mixed feelings as it is one of the last of the crop that my husband and I planted years ago; this was a wide tree, so was always overlooked; Chris said it was 19 yrs. old! It went to a wonderful home where there is a large family gathering and they love Christmas! So that makes me feel really good! I am attaching pictures of it coming up from the field on boat trailer towed by Rhino. It was a Nordmann but had a bluish cast to it and such a pretty color. I think this will be a huge undertaking to put it up. Thank you Kieth and Sugar and a very Merry Christmas!
