We’re allegedly crashing Brownsville Gallery Nights with the opening of NEEDFUL THINGS—our Stephen King-inspired group show filled with strange objects, dark art, and unsettling little treasures.

Here are a couple of the designs wandering into our Fall Things Considered Tattoo Flash Day—a raincoat frog from Jeff Smith, a death’s-head moth from Danielle Holt and a skeletal little leaf thief from guest artist Shane “Inkrich” Holt.

This is only the beginning. More designs are coming soon, assuming the artists stop adding “one more thing” to their flash sheets.

Sometimes you just have to see things in a different light to realize how strangely wonderful they are.

Technically, these are antique piano stool feet. We think they’re tiny works of art. We’d do something clever with them ourselves, but we have more ideas than time—and these little beauties deserve better than our “someday” pile.

All four feet are for sale here at Janky Bird. Come buy them before we become too emotionally attached to them.
