Oración del emprendedor: ayer, hoy y mañana

Señor, quiero darte gracias por las bendiciones recibidas el día de ayer.

Gracias por cada venta, cada cliente y cada oportunidad. Una vez más, me mostraste que no necesitamos grandes números, sino que lleguen las personas correctas en el momento indicado.

Gracias porque seguimos avanzando con nuestro propio esfuerzo, sin envidia, malicia ni resentimiento hacia los demás. Permítenos conservar un corazón limpio, celebrar los logros ajenos y mantener la mirada puesta en nuestro propósito.

Hoy, dame la fuerza, la sabiduría y la perseverancia necesarias para continuar. Ayúdame a trabajar con esmero, enfoque y fe; a apoyar a mis compañeros emprendedores y a ofrecerles a nuestros clientes el mejor servicio posible.

Que mis logros sean el resultado de mis buenas acciones, mi dedicación y la manera honesta y respetuosa con la que trato a los demás. Que mis fracasos no me detengan, sino que se conviertan en parte de mi crecimiento, formación y aprendizaje.

Another furniture sale today at The Warehouse Outlet! Our customer found a dining set and took it home.

The Warehouse Outlet and South Texas Seafood are open and operating inside the Historic Old Fronton Warehouse. The Weekend Market also remains active and open to vendors, although no outside vendors participated today.

No outside vendors participated in today’s Weekend Market, but our permanent businesses were open and operating. The Weekend Market remains active and open to vendors.

Unlike many pop-up markets that rent a venue for a few hours and have a strict beginning and ending time, WE ARE ALREADY HERE.

We are an established business operating from this location, and we have the space available for local entrepreneurs who need an affordable place to SELL, SHOWCASE, TEST or GROW their business.

So instead of making everyone work around one schedule, we’re giving YOU options.

🌅 MORNING SPOT
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

🌙 AFTERNOON & EVENING SPOT
3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

⭐ FULL DAY SPOT

The 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM period allows our morning vendors to pack up and our afternoon/evening vendors to come in and set up.

🕰️ WE JUST REDISCOVERED A LITTLE PIECE OF OUR HISTORY...

As we were looking back through some old posts on the South Texas Seafood page, we realized something we had almost completely forgotten.

The Historical Fronton Warehouse Market may be new...

But the idea behind it actually started right here SIX YEARS AGO. ❤️

On June 13, 2020, at this very same warehouse, we organized an event we called the “Seafood Mixer.”

At the time, terms like “pop-up market” and “vendor market” weren't nearly as common in our area as they are today. Events like La Lunada and First Friday were still in their early stages.

So we simply called ours a “Mixer.”

But looking back at the original posts and photographs today, we realized something:

It was essentially the same concept we are developing today.

We provided the location, organized and promoted the event, and brought together local entrepreneurs, restaurants and businesses to showcase their products and services.

We had a LIVE DJ 🎧
Live music 🎶
Local restaurants 🌮
Food and beverages 🍹
Professional services 💼
Local businesses 🛍️
Giveaways 🎁
And plenty of people coming together to enjoy the afternoon.

Some of the businesses participating at the time were themselves just getting started or growing.

The event took place both outdoors and indoors at the warehouse — and it was a GREAT SUCCESS.

Looking back, perhaps we were among the early pioneers experimenting with this type of event in our area.

We just didn't know what to call it yet! 😂

What made that event successful wasn't just the location.

It was COMMUNITY.

The organizers promoted it.
The participating businesses promoted it.
People invited their customers.
They invited friends and family.
Businesses shared each other's posts.

Everyone contributed.

And together we created something people wanted to attend.

Six years later, we're bringing that same spirit back with the:

🏛️ HISTORICAL FRONTON WAREHOUSE MARKET

This time, we have something we didn't have back then:

EXPERIENCE.

We can take what worked in 2020, combine it with everything we're learning today, listen to our vendors and our community, and continue building something special.

So maybe August 8, 2026 wasn't really the beginning.

Maybe it was the beginning of the NEXT CHAPTER. ❤️

Yesterday we held our first market at The Warehouse Outlet, and we want to sincerely thank everyone who participated, visited, supported our vendors, and helped us get this new project started. 🙏

This was our first market, and we're just getting started! We learned a lot, met some wonderful entrepreneurs, saw some great products, and most importantly, started building a community.

Now we want to hear from YOU! 📣

🎉 OUR FIRST WAREHOUSE OUTLET MARKET IS IN THE BOOKS! 🎉

Today was our beginning — and we're excited about where this can go!

We welcomed local vendors, entrepreneurs, and members of our community to The Warehouse Outlet for our very first market.

There were conversations, new connections, customers discovering local products, and most importantly — sales being made! 🛍️❤️

We know that building a market and a community doesn't happen in one day. It happens one vendor, one customer, and one Saturday at a time.

A BIG THANK YOU to every vendor who believed in this idea and joined us for our first market, and to everyone who stopped by, shopped, visited, and supported our local entrepreneurs. 🙏

We're learning.
We're growing.
And we're just getting started! 🚀
