I am in the process of purchasing a projector for both 8 mm and super 8 mm film and should be able to pick it up next Tuesday. Once it arrives, there will be a bit of time for me to practice with my kind and generous in-laws' film before offering the service through this site. There will also be a separate (but affordable!) pricing plan for this service as it requires more steps and more equipment than the standard VHS to DVD conversion. I look forward to offering this service in the very near future!

Even if you're happy with your VHS tapes, a DVD can be a great way to backup your home video collection. You could put all your archived home movie DVDs into a binder and store them in a fire safe or your bank's safe deposit box. If the worst were to happen, you would still have those precious videos.
