Late deliveries cant stop us! By the skin of our teeth, we are ready for New Comic Book Day!

Make sure to grab an Absolute Batman Vol 3 trade and Xmen: Elseworlds before they go away!

We also got in some coo toys.

Kind of a light week for books, but make sure to pickup Spawn 77 and maybe even get two to collect!

Lots to do but not a whole lot of time on the clock before we open, so let's get down to it!

We have a bunch of new number one titles this week, so if you're a new reader looking to get into something fun, this is your week! Doom Patrol, Teen Titans, Legion of Supwr Heroes, Spiderman Woman, Marvel Zombies and Archie all start TODAY and we have plenty of copies for folks to pickup!

Also, we have fresh reprints on the shelf, so careful with your selections if you're not looking to get 2nd prints! We have also restocked the Absolute Batman box with new printings.

We have Chaos Rising, Pitch Black, and Perfect Order Pokemon boosters in stock! We also have a ton of new singles from collection bought last week that have hit the glass case for both Pokemon and Magic.

The new shop layout is starting to look pretty good! We still have spme finishing touches to get done but I am loving the way things are right now - we hope you do to!

Its NEW Comic Book Day Wednesday and there is definitely a lot to choose from, especially with the indies this week! I really want to read Bad Seeds because Batman can basically do no wrong as far as quality goes of late. Tomb of Apocalypse looks fun. And a part of me wants to try out the new entry into the Energon Universe, Rom ( and this is coming from someone who has never read a standalone Rom book before ). There's a few facsimile that's sure to catch eyes this week too: Hellraiser #1, Action Comics #1, and TMNT #1 !

This Friday, we are hosting a Hobbit Draft for Magic the Gathering! If you want to sign up, let us know!

A lot of the local kids are going back to school this week. We'll miss seeing all the new faces we met this summer! Good luck with the new school year and dont forget to tell your friends about us! You are the future of this hobby.

We saw so much growth and change in the shop this summer - I'm very excited to see what the fall months bring to us and what sort of exciting books and nerdy stuff we'll come across.

Happy New Comic Book Day!

We are still in a state of flux as we figure out what the best new layout is and where things are going, and of course, putting it all away. Its a little more maneuverable the yesterday but let us know if theres something you want that you cant find!

Thank you for everyone who came out for the Hobbit Prerelease weekend this past Friday Saturday and Sunday. What a wild 3 days... I dont think the shop has ever had so much traffic come in for three straight days in a row like that. I definitely needed a little recovery time to myself on Monday 😂

It is another happy and glorious New Comic Book Day with lots of good choices to pick from this week! Absolute Batman is back! Miles Morales and Batman/Robin have fresh new series out! Theres a new Monsterpiece Theatre Godzilla, Gargoyles, and Star Wars/Kyle Ren to check out! Oh, and make sure to pick up Heavy Metal here while it lasts.

This week, we are saying GOODBYE to some long time fixtures at the shop! We are making some upgrades to some favorite places for our people to dig into, I'm hoping everyone will enjoy the new versions when we get them next Monday!

Also, to help kickoff our new back issue bins, we will be making our Saturday Back Issues Sale into a Weekend Sale... so starting this weekend, back issues are buy one/get one of the same price for free!
