Big legal update regarding the NFA!

This is definitely a step in the right direction—but keep the scope in mind: the judge didn't toss out the NFA nationwide. The court simply found that setting the NFA tax to $0 strips the federal government's Article I power to enforce registration rules for the plaintiffs involved. With the ruling paused for seven days to allow an inevitable Fifth Circuit appeal, this case is far from over.

Great time at the Mason Dixon PRS Beginners Match. Had the opportunity to coach one of my boys from the ground up. Killed it by the way! Out the gate, his first stage was 900 & 1000 yards. He nailed 1000 yards, even with not realizing he could zoom in better than my scopes minimum power of 6x 🤣
