That Groundhog wasn't lying. Florida is fixing to freeze once again. Tuesday AM temps here from the NWS. Some 20s up north. 30s and 40s dipping pretty deep. Big cold front on the way later weekend. Sorry iguanas. You will be falling soon and can't get up.

Slow Cooker Mississippi Ribeye Steaks

Ingredients:

4 ribeye steaks
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1/4 cup butter
8 pepperoncini peppers
1/2 cup pepperoncini juice
Directions:

Place the ribeye steaks in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the steaks.
Add butter and pepperoncini peppers on top.
Pour pepperoncini juice over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the steaks are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!

4 Tbsp sugar
5 Tbsp cake flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 c milk
3 lg egg yolks slightly beaten
1 1/2 c shredded coconut
2 tsp vanilla
1 baked pie shell

Mix eggs. sugar and greek yogurt!

4 eggs
70 gr sugar
350 gr greek yogurt
40 grams of corn starch
1 tsp baking powder
Lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Place the sugar in a large mixing bowl, and add the egg wolks, whisk until smooth.
Add the baking powder and cornstarch and whisk again.

Add the yogurt, lemon zest and vanilla extract and whisk until all the ingredients are well combined.

In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Fold the whipped egg whites into the batter.

Pour the batter into an 8-inch cake pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 170°C/350°F for 1 hour, until golden.
