Anyone out there know of an experienced vac repair technician? I'm trying to get a vac retailer/repair to take over that part of Jack's, but they would have to hire someone local.

After the sudden and untimely death of my Repair Technician, Larry Vogelsong, Jack's is now closed for good. I am trying to get a Toledo vac retailer/repair service business to open a branch in the south half of my store, and will try to get some recommendations for those sewing machine and serger repair services that I am no longer able to offer..
I am seriously considering keeping the north portion (sewing machines, notions, etc.) of the store for private one-on-one sewing lessons, more about that later.

We currently have 4 sergers and one straight-stitch only sewing machine left at 50% off MSRP. Everything else in the store is 40% off MSRP, final closing date is March 31. I can almost hear my sewing room and flower beds calling my name. Such a sweet sound.

STRANDED IN JAMAICA!! Due to a health emergency, Kevin spent a couple of days in the Montego Bay, Jamaica hospital and we had to cancel our return flight that was scheduled for Tuesday. Now we can't get on a return flight until late Friday. As a result, the store will not be open until Monday, Feb. 24. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Time to "hang it up", I'm closing the store on Tuesday, March 31, 2020. Great buys on in-stock Babylock machines and sergers, but hurry, they are going fast. Most of the "big ones" are gone already. Everything else in the store is 40% off retail (except for special orders, repair labor and parts). Deepest thanks to all of you who have visited the store over the years. It's been fun, but all good things must come to an end. And so it goes. Happy sewing.

After 10 years at Jack's, I am calling it quits and closing the store on March 31, 2020. All Babylock sewing machines and sergers are 50% off MSRP (hurry, they are going fast) and 40% off MSRP on all IN STOCK items. Repairs and special orders do not qualify for discounts. It's been a fun ride, but I am ready to let it go. Thanks to all of you who have blessed us with your patronage. You were much appreciated.

Jack's will be closed on Tuesday, December 24 and Christmas Day. We will also be closed on Tuesday, December 31 and New Years Day.

ALSO, PLEASE PLAN AHEAD: We will be closed from January 8 through January 16 and from February 12 through February 19. Please anticipate any purchases or repairs that you might need during those closings to avoid any disappointments.

We apologize for any inconvenience these closings may cause. Since Martha went away we have had to make some adjustments, but these two trips were planned before she left.

After the sudden passing of our store manager, Martha Singleton, we are implementing NEW STORE HOURS:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday--10:00 AM-5:30 PM;
Saturday 10:00 AM-12:30 pm.
Closed Wednesdays and Sundays.

Looking ahead, we will be closed from January 9, 2020 through January 16, 2020.

After attending the 2019 Babylock Tech convention in St. Louis last month, 5 new machines have arrived, including the exciting Aerial and Altair sewing/embroidery machines. Babylock just keeps getting better and better.

Just returned from 2019 Babylock Tech in St. Louis and saw the new machines, lots of new features. Have not updated my website in a while , but I am working on it and hope to have the new stuff up before too long. In the meantime, you can check them out at babylock.com.
