I attempted to rehydrate sourdough starter. And so far. It’s not doing a darn thing. Maybe I should stick to gardening.

I bought some sourdough starter from Mountain Home from a cute General Store that sells homemade products. This sourdough is from Galaxy Ridge Farm. Let’s see if I pull a Mary and forget something.

Two things….

1) I am officially 40!!!! Yup. Today is my birthday and I was supposed to work at Hospice but got cancelled. So I jumped in Bryce’s kayak to fish a bit before the sun got too high in the sky. And my son made me homemade cinnamon rolls.

2) My mom and I are opening a small booth at the Cotton Shed! I will take pictures and let you all know when it’s ready.

Here is the adorable retro mechanic shop decorated Airbnb. It was perfect for the two of us! She has another garage apartment right next door if you need to book both places for more people.

Went on a quick trip up to Rogers and Bentonville with my son. We stayed at this awesome Arbnb (I’ll link below), I have a separate video for that. It’s sooo cute!

We went and ate at Havana a Cuban restaurant. I adore Plantains. The downtown area has that old timey architecture and quite a few local shops to go to. We shopped on Sunday so many places were closed. I suggest shopping on Saturday to catch all the local stores. There were still cool options open Sunday. You must go to the Onyx Coffee Lab and grab coffee and a croissant. I got the Almond and Casey got the chocolate. But they have savory options as well.

There are a few museums in town, one being the Daisy Ai**un Museum and of course Crystal Bridges. But we went to the Momentary for an outdoor concert there instead of the museum.
