Suppressor inventory from our distributors is going fast. This isn't a sales pitch. I'm watching it disappear in real time.

Here's what we are offering.... assuming this all goes the way of no more Form 4s. You can purchase your suppressor now, in stock status pending, and we will hold it until the smoke clears and we have definitive answers from the ATF on how to proceed.

What is clear right now is that we have no definitive answers. Worst case scenario, we have to Form 4 your suppressor to you, but the chances of only requiring a 4473 are looking really good.

As an SOT and dealer of NFA items such as suppressors, we are monitoring the recent court ruling and changes to the NFA.

For now, there is a tremendous amount of confusion among FFLs/SOTs when it comes to what will change and what the new transfer process will look like.

Business will continue as usual until we receive credible guidance from the ATF to move forward with a simplified transfer process.

In the meantime, be picking out that suppressor you've been looking into. It's looking like it's about to be a lot easier to purchase!
