Join us on Tuesday, March 17 at Bryn Mawr Film Institute for what could very well be the first-ever Philadelphia screening of Japanese cult classic “Linda Linda Linda”! This one’s a total crowd-pleaser and was a consistent recommendation from Viva staff back in the day. You’ll laugh, you’ll find melancholic beauty in the transience and impermanence of all things, you’ll leave with a pop-punk song stuck in your head.
Mikey the cat would love to come but he would unfortunately probably eat a cellophane wrapper off the ground and have to go to the emergency vet, missing the whole movie. Think of all the poor cats in the world who would love to go to the movies but can’t because they would sustain such injuries. Don’t you owe it to them to come out to a movie theater and laugh and feel the music?
