Good morning it is really hot in south temp 100 heat index 118. We were overwhelmed with orders if we didn’t get to you I apologize didn’t realize the demand for some varieties. We were going to begin shipping in August but due to the extreme heatextended we would be better to ship in September when this heat spell goes away. Due to the amount of orders that were sent in, I have broken it down into groups. All orders will be replied to by mid week. You will have an email confirming the order has been received and then another will come by text or email with confirmation of order tagged. This is all on top of our normal order processing, so to keep down any confusion, it takes a few days. There will be some varieties that will be out BUT the good news is all of the varieties listed are ones we have available to get cuttings for and root throughout the year, and they have a quick turnaround time. We have roses available at all times. Any orders that can not be fully processed will have a confirmation email sent back explaining the process and options available. This is our current inventory that will be available to ship starting mid/late August, possibly sooner depending on the heat. These are $25 each plus tax, carton, and shipping. When order is placed and roses are tagged, confirmation will be sent and a deposit of 1/2 of the ROSE PRICE will be due upon confirmation and remainder will be due when shipped. If you are doinggraft roses on fortuniana rootstock this summer,we will have available in mid to late July rooted virus free cutting. We will ship these in bundles of 15 shipped overnight or second day delivery. The cuttings are 4.00 each plus shipping.please let me know if you are wanting any of these. Ideal size can be immediately grafted or put in 4 inch pots for later. I find that soft cuttings have a better take than old wood. We will also offer you a short course on grafting as well. Good afternoon, I want to thank everyone for the greatresponse we had for our 4 day sale of moving our one gal inventory as we do not put plants into 2 gal. I going through green house this morning and taking inventory I realized we had plants that we need to move. The inventory listed below is that some varieties are very limited . When you place your order please list alternates as we are only shipping in carton that hold 4 roses. The price has changed since we posted last week. We have had a lot of rain the last week or so. Rose bushes have been constantly wet which brings on blackspot. I’m not a horticulturist but have been a grower for over 35 years and this is what I do to keep blackspot out of my roses especially in my garden. I use a couple fungicides that really works. One is propoconizole and the other is manzate. I spray every 10 days in the early part of the year. There are many fungicides but this is the best I’ve ever used. The propoconzile goes into the canes and keeps blackspot from ever developing. Manzate eradicates any blackspot that appears.i also use a spreader sticker such as a few drops of dawn dishwashing detergent to a gal of water. After all this rain the fertilizer will be leached out of the soil so I will use a handful of 8-8-8 and a cup of milorginite to a bush. Will also put a handful of epsom salt around each bush. This will create basil breaks which will be new canes for next season. I am not telling anyone to do this but this is how I take care,of my bushes.
