Good afternoon, thank goodness the heat is over. We are still shipping preorders. We lost many roses in the extreme heat but others did really great. I have begun ordering supplies for next season and I can’t believe the prices. Greenhouse covering last year 165.00 this year almost 200.00 pots are almost double, fertilize same thing as well as propane. Haven’t started ordering chemicals. Something has to give. I will have to go up on my prices for next season. It is not profitable for me to keep large plants over the winter. They should be put in larger sizes but potting soil is like everything else. These are the varieties that are extra large and I need to move . They are the following.

This is a really good bargain. Please add alternates, just finished giving them fish fertilize and will give milorginite before I ship, milorginite adds color so you don’t have to fertilize them. If you want your roses to be exceptional give them tablespoon of 20-20-20 in a gal of water once a month also give them liquid fish fertilize same application once a month. Also every 6 weeks give them milorginite.i give them a small handful . Roses love to eat but must be watered.

Due to the amount of orders that were sent in, I have broken it down into groups. All orders will be replied to by mid week. You will have an email confirming the order has been received and then another will come by text or email with confirmation of order tagged. This is all on top of our normal order processing, so to keep down any confusion, it takes a few days. There will be some varieties that will be out BUT the good news is all of the varieties listed are ones we have available to get cuttings for and root throughout the year, and they have a quick turnaround time. We have roses available at all times. Any orders that can not be fully processed will have a confirmation email sent back explaining the process and options available. Thank you all for your orders and patience!

Thanks and we appreciate your business, it has been the joy of my life propagating, growing and sharing these beautiful plants for the last 35 years. This is what keeps a 86 year young man going.
NOTICE.
I will answer emails about availability when it quits raining , we are expected to have 4 inches in the next 3 days. A disturbance from the gulf has stopped over our area. Unreal. Can’t get out in rain. Just because I have it in inventory doesn’t mean I will ship. If it doesn’t meet my standard I want ship it. That’s not the way business is done today but I am old fashioned and proud of it

We have had a lot of rain the last week or so. Rose bushes have been constantly wet which brings on blackspot. I’m not a horticulturist but have been a grower for over 35 years and this is what I do to keep blackspot out of my roses especially in my garden. I use a couple fungicides that really works. One is propoconizole and the other is manzate. I spray every 10 days in the early part of the year. There are many fungicides but this is the best I’ve ever used. The propoconzile goes into the canes and keeps blackspot from ever developing. Manzate eradicates any blackspot that appears.i also use a spreader sticker such as a few drops of dawn dishwashing detergent to a gal of water. After all this rain the fertilizer will be leached out of the soil so I will use a handful of 8-8-8 and a cup of milorginite to a bush. Will also put a handful of epsom salt around each bush. This will create basil breaks which will be new canes for next season. I am not telling anyone to do this but this is how I take care,of my bushes.
