I haven't had the chance to post any recent pictures of our food truck. We've been operating Thursday through Sunday. Nevertheless, last Friday, last Saturday night, and last night, we received an exceptionally high volume of customers. As a result, we sold out of everything. Thank you, Jehovah, for your blessing on us.

Partida's Kitchen has introduced new menu items, including 3 or 5 mini tacos with cheese and cilantro, an avocado bacon cheeseburger, and double meat sliders. Customers are also encouraged to try our T rex burger, which features 5 meats and 5 cheeses.
