To My Amazing Customers,
First, I want to sincerely apologize if you have called, texted, emailed, or sent me a message and haven't received a response. I know that isn't the level of service you expect from me, and I am truly sorry.
I had to unexpectedly step away to care for a family member. Those of you who know me know that I have always put my customers and my business first. This company is more than just a business—it's my livelihood, my dream, and something I have poured my whole heart into.
But God has reminded me that family is a blessing that should never be taken for granted. This was one of those moments where my family simply couldn't take a backseat, and I had to be fully present for them.
I appreciate your patience, your understanding, and your prayers more than you know.
I do have a few paid orders that will be my highest priority when I return on Monday. If you have a paid order and would prefer a refund instead of waiting, I completely understand. Please reach out, and I will take care of it as soon as I am able. At this time, however, I will not be answering calls, texts, emails, or messages until Monday.
My goal is to have all current and paid orders completed by July 31st.
I also want to make one thing very clear—I am not closing my business. D&L Custom Outfitters is here to stay. This company is my passion, my livelihood, and a dream I intend to continue building. I simply had to step away for a short time to take care of what mattered most.
Thank you for continuing to support my small business, for showing grace during this unexpected season, and for allowing me the time to care for my family. I look forward to getting back to creating for each of you very soon.
With sincere gratitude,❤️
Lela Patterson
