Life has been full and fully unpredictable these past few months.
Things that have been planted and tended have not grown - and sometimes grown but never bloomed. Other things have voluntarily forced themselves up through the earth and grown heartily, often outside the boundaries of tidy flower beds, the byproduct of seeds sown in seasons past and since forgotten.
Our hands are full. And, yet, God has given us more. More than we would choose on our own. More than we feel capable of tending. More than our limited imaginations can see or understand. In His abundant provision and perfect timing, we trust He is the Master Gardener who is tending, cultivating, and completing a good work.
I treasure the way the garden serves as a metaphor for so much more.
Enjoy these beautiful blooms, and may you have eyes to see what is good and fruitful and blooming in your own life right now 🩷
