This Sunday, January 4th, Purple Doorknob BFLO will be OPEN for the last time. It will be a sad day. Jasmine and I will be there from 10a-4p. We'd love to see a lot of friendly faces. Please stop by, if you can, so we can spend the last day of this journey with the people who made it worth it. We love you all. 💜

If you have punch cards or gift cards, there are only a few days left to use them up at the Buffalo location! If you are unable to make it in before this Sunday, the punch cards will still be valid at the Ellicottville location and the gift cards can be used either in Ellicottville or to shop online. We are open in Buffalo until 6pm today (Wednesday), 10a-8p on Friday and Saturday, and 10a-4p on Sunday for our last day. We will be closed tomorrow for New Year's Day ✨

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the closing of Purple Doorknob BFLO. The last day this location will be open for business will be next Sunday, January 4th.

Our original shop location in Ellicottville and our website will remain open for all your sock shopping needs.

It has been a true pleasure to be a part of the Elmwood Village neighborhood, and I will be forever grateful to this community. Every customer, neighbor, and fellow small business owner here has made running this store an experience that I will forever hold in my heart.

The staff here has been a dream come true. I would keep this store running until the end of time, if I could, if only to continue working with them forever. There will never be enough thank yous to express my gratitude to our team.

Thank you for everything, Buffalo. See you around. 💜

Our ideal teammate is someone who values color & creativity and wants to share this energy with our valued customers. Job responsibilities include balancing the cash register, working 4-8 hour shifts, learning about our products and vendors, labeling merchandise, keeping the store stocked and organized, and assisting customers.
