Join us as we explore an exciting selection of Behemoth’s native varietal and hybrid wines. They’re thoughtfully crafted expressions that showcase the character, creativity, and distinctive spirit of the Finger Lakes.

The Filipa Pato ‘3B’ Brut Nature Rosé is a vibrant, biodynamic sparkling rosé from Portugal’s Bairrada region, crafted by winemaker Filipa Pato and her husband William Wouters. The name “3B” represents the Bairrada region, the Baga grape, and the Bical grape.
This sparkler is medium bodied with aromas of raspberry, strawberry and watermelon. The palate has a cool fresh salinity and rich bubbles with a hint of yeast! A super fun wine for those natural wine lovers!
