To celebrate the Buffalo Zine Fest this year we’re having a party at Gutter Pop Comics the night before!

We’ll have the following bunch of amazing local folks sharing their work; look forward to:

An experimental Anti-A.I. Drag Performance from Mister Rigamortis!

Poetry from Yamilla Tates and Mathilda Cullen!

Comics reading from Louie Snow and Mia Weller!

A special *SURPRISE* musical performance from a very special band who *MIGHT* be making their final appearance very soon.

This event is FREE to attend and there will be free pizza and beverages.

Hope to see everyone at the 4th Annual ZineFest, to be held at Book Arts at 468 Washington Street in downtown Buffalo on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Today marks the 50th anniversary of the historic and joint exhibit “Comic Art: An Exhibition In Two Parts” here in Buffalo NY that is widely considered the first time original comic book art was featured in a major gallery context.

About Never Have I Ever:
Dave, who is a koala (this will not be explained), invites the boys over to enjoy recreational psychedelics. Boyz night is interrupted by an unexpected guest who ignites a powder-keg of paranoia, hallucinations, and just like, bad vibes man.

Based on a true story, this completely fictional tale plays like a deeply personal memoir from an unreliable narrator.
