We’ve been a little quiet.. but all for good reasons! Meet our newest addition, Mr. Boone 💙

We are so very in love.

I hope to be back in the office in October, but for now, Mom and Boone are home cuddling, figuring out a schedule, and just enjoying the slowness this part of life brings.

It’s not spooky season yet, but that might be the feeling you get when walking past the break room! 💀💀💀

✨Meet Randi, Bobbi, and Patricia. The students use these skeletal models to familiarize themselves with the bones, bony landmarks, and muscle attachments. We label the bones, learn the bony landmarks, and then use those landmarks to make and attach the muscles as we learn them.

Massage classes have been in session for 1 month now and I can’t wait to share more with all of you!

A little work and a lot of fun. 🚜🚗🧸🪀

At 605 & Co., family is priority. We know plans fall through, sitters can’t make it, and sometimes babies just want their mommas; that’s why we have set up our area to be kid friendly. The main door is locked, the door to the massage room slightly open so kids can come and go as they please (and moms and therapists can listen) and the toy bin is full.

I get it, it’s not exactly ideal to bring a child with you to the one place that brings peace and quiet, but I do everything in my power to put your mind at rest while keeping your child(ren) safe and occupied.

Tis the season for Continuing Education. Today, I am securing 1 hr of education by watching an Online course by Allison Denny (my favorite instructor). In this course “A detailed approach to neck pain” she mentions her own experience with pain and how a simple tennis ball+ the floor + and slow arm movement can alleviate a lot of that pain. I wanted to point this out as this is often what I recommend to my clients PLUS it’s cheap and easily available.. If you have shoulder or neck pain, I hope you will try it out sometime 😎
