With our January/February runs we had early on in the season, we are at about 320 Gallons on the season so far! Way ahead of last season as we weren’t ready for the early runs but feels good to have some done and barreled!!

Weather for the next week or 2 looks to be amazing so we are geared up to have another amazing couple of weeks!!

Cheers to an amazing Feb/March/April this year!!

The main season is upon us!!

We are having one of, if not the best runs and boiling times we have ever had!!!

It’s going to be almost a 200 gallon day made in on day today!!

The sap is still flowing just as fast as it has the last couple days and we are taking full advantage of getting tapped early compared to last year!!

Thank you Lord for allowing us to be in position to produce our product this early on in the season!!!

We’ve been very very busy the last week or so!!

We got our large woods all tapped and leak checked (about 3,000 taps)

With the warm weather that we are having, we decided to use what we have ready and see what happens!

We are over joyed by the run we are having the last few days and looks like we will get one more day tomorrow!

Boiling tomorrow morning what we have since it’s ran so good!!!

January boils never happen for us (only 2nd time ever) so we are taking full advantage of it!!

We’ve got one of our best runs of the year going on today!!

With the higher elevation we have here, it can be troublesome at times as temperatures don’t always get us the sap we want when lots of others are getting a ton.

The sun plays a huge roll with us up here and even though it’s only around 40°, the sun is shining bright and thawing everything out very well!

We are anticipating the best week so far this season coming up so we are ready for it!!

Night 1 in the books!! Just shy of our first 40 gallons made tonight but we will get that and then some tomorrow!!

Looks to be a good week to start off our season!!

A great start to the season!!

We have our big portion of woods all tapped and ready for the season today. Approx. 3200 tapped.

We will continue this week to get the rest of the ≈1300 taps left all set and ready to go. Everything is set to start our season off as soon as the trees let us have the good stuff!!
