This authentic Alebrije Woodcarving cat is hand carved by the very talented and well known artist Don Margarito Rodriguez. The finely detailed and colorful cat was hand painted by his wife Doña Esperanza. I choose each woodcarving that I sell and this piece is 100% handcrafted by Margarito and his wife, Esperanza, and she is an amazing painter! I visited them at their house in Arrazola, Mexico the birth place of Oaxaca Alebrijes. If you like the piece in the pictures, you will love it when you see it in person.
