🥳TODAY IS THE DAY🥳

We have keys in hand & our new journey begins!!

We have so much to do to make this space ours but if I have learned anything over the last few years it’s patience. We will slowly make this space ours but for now we have SPACEEEE. Space to move, space to work, space to greet you.

We will be removing the wall with the 2 rooms to open the back space into a large work area. Change the ceiling tiles, adding electrical, and painting!

This is a literal dream! I can’t wait to see where we are a year from now! I am so excited!

You will be able to find us SOON at 1003 W. Main Street in Hawriver, STE 2-B!

THE MOMENT YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR☀️

WE ARE MOVINGGGGGG!!! We are so incredibly excited to start the next phase of this journey! After careful thought and prayer we have found the perfect for us store front!

Our new storefront will have a showroom in the front where you’ll be able to stop in & see our product offerings in person. We will have our most popular apparel styles in all colors & sizing! This setup will allow us to have in person consultations, & ease of ordering! We will now be able to offer a convenient space for pickup & drop off for orders & uniforms! Eventually we will add a small section of ready to go school apparel & gifts. The back of the storefront will house our entire print operation! Where we print, press, and package every order in house all in 1 location!

I am so incredibly excited! Please be patient with us as we transition from our home shop to our store. We will also have renovations going on while operating and will be starting as a temporary setup to get us going. I cannot wait to provide a in person experience for our customers!

Once we are fully moved to our new location we will be removing the lockers from our barn pickup location, these will be relocated inside our storefront. We will make a post & send a email blast. If you have an order and do not want it moved please plan to pickup in the next week!

Stay tuned for our opening date along with additional fun updates & information! During this time we will still be operating on normal schedule and this will not affect any current on going orders!

Can anyone guess where we are moving? Where is this location? 😍 (hint it’s only 7 mins from our home shop)!

Hey friends I wanted to hop on here with a few reminders & updates! We have gained so many new customers & followers & with our recent influx of orders I thought it would be a good time to answer/ address common questions & concerns we are seeing.

❤️All School/ organization orders MUST be placed through our website. We cannot take messaged or
Emailed orders. As most of stores earn a portion of proceeds from sales the only way to accurately track is through our website

❤️we DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds for any order that a incorrect, size, print or style was ordered. All pieces are made to order. We have notes on all stores to reach out for sizing sheets if you need them & we have recently added them to our website. ❤️all orders have a fulfillment timeframe listed on the applicable store page

❤️PLEASE read the information listed on main page of your school/organization website before reaching. We are receiving an influx of messages and emails with questions regarding info we have listed online.

❤️if you are receiving a “order marked as picked up email/order ready for pickup” please read the email with the instructions. This does not mean your order has been picked up. This is our way of clearing it out of our system & you will have received a 2nd email with instructions for pickup/drop off if it applies.

❤️payments - going forward all payments if not ordered through our website will be invoiced. Venmo/Cash App will no longer be accepted as a payment method.

❤️order pickups - PLEASE pickup orders within 7 days OR opt to pay $7 to ship. We have orders holding space in our lockers for lengthy time frames so please be diligent on picking up if possible. - pickup is at your convenience Monday- Saturday!

❤️NO SUNDAY PICKUPS. We have slacked on this but Sunday is our downtime and we kindly ask for no Sunday pickups.

❤️message / email responses - please allow 2-3 business days - I am a one woman shop for messages and emails / spirit shop setups. So please be patient with us. Your order is Important & we want to provide you with our best service & attention ❤️

❤️spirit shops/ designs - currently 10 days.

❤️we are NOT accepting any custom order requests unless it is for 10 or more pieces.

We have prayed and prayed for this moment. A moment where we have officially outgrown our space. A moment that we had to move equipment to put tables up to sort orders. A moment that I feel like my head may explode from notifications on my phone, Shopify orders, & emails. This is just 1 weeks worth of orders over 500 pieces of apparel 🥹🥹🥹.

We have experienced tremendous growth over the last few months & with school heading back into session our orders have had a massive influx but there seems to no end in sight.

July 2026 we quadrupled July 2025 numbers. August 2026 we on track to double August 2025 numbers.

I am extremely blessed & so incredibly thankful to everyone that chooses us!

We are working through orders, spirit shops, designs & everything in between as quickly as we can.

We have some big news coming soon & so much in the works. When you support the Lily Barn in any capacity you are helping build a dream & provide for my family! THANK YOU

We have a ton of spirit shop orders heading out this week & next week! So keep a watch on those emails. Order fulfillment emails will start heading out around Thursday!

Reminder we are now on 15 business day turnaround for fulfillment & the spirit stores info sections reflect that ❤️. We have improved our fulfillment times since the middle of July! Woohooo!!!

Happy Sunday! A little change of scenery tonight lol.

It’s a huge production week over here so I’m getting a jump on lining up our print schedule for the week & getting our ordering done.

Our spirit shops have been BOOMING!

Please note we are in our timeframes for all spirit shops of 15 business days.

We are also prepping for Carolina Achieve open house & Meet the Warriors at WAHS.
