Chef Franco is home after a much deserved break😌
He and Laura make every piece of chocolate that we sell in our shop so in his absence production slowed down quite a bit. Now that he’s back, we’re in full swing and welcoming this cool fall weather with open arms.

A fresh batch of our Vermont Cider Walnut Caramels. So beautiful and so good!
These creamy caramels are loaded with Vermont apple cider, spicy crystallized ginger, fresh walnuts, and warm autumn spices. I often find caramels to be a little sweet for my taste but the tart cider and fresh walnuts bring a pleasing balance to these lovely confections.
Come by the shop for a sample!
