Our cocoa almonds are so high maintenance 💅🏻
After their caramelizing spa treatment, we bathe them in single origin dark chocolate, three separate times, allowing the chocolate to crystallize between each coat. We then gently toss them in only the finest French cocoa powder, resulting in a velvety chocolate finish💋 ❤️

What's your favorite truffle flavor? 🍫
When adding flavors to our European-style chocolate truffles we are careful only to accent the superb flavors of the chocolate itself, never wanting to overpower them. All the flavors we use come from fresh herbs, fruits, spices, teas, and local spirits.

Our Pates de Fruits are such a great summer time treat not only because they’re vibrant, fruity, and outrageously good, but mostly because they don’t melt…🫠 These little gems are made with fruit purées and apple pectin. A fantastic vegan treat 🍓

Our dark chocolate covered marshmallows are by far one of our most favorite products. Every Friday when choosing the chocolates we need to get us through the weekend, we invariably grab a couple packs of these beauties. Pillowy vanilla marshmallow enrobed in single origin dark chocolate that audibly cracks when you bite into it!

We're well into our seventh year here on Battery St., and we're thankful to say we're hanging in there!

Most days feel like a freight train barreling through time and space, but we're trying to make a conscious effort to slow down, fret less, and truly enjoy the honor of owning a business here in beautiful Burlington, Vermont.

The Battery Street Historic District is such a beautifully preserved part of our city! Our neighborhood is acknowledged by the National Register of Historic Places and has buildings dating back to the 1700's. Though our particular building is new, we love strolling down our tree lined street, admiring the beautiful architecture from times past.😌
