Enjoying Mexico! Karin and Jocelyn are holding up. I do want to remind everyone to send your orders a day in advance if at all possible as they have other duties besides the brew shop. There are some travel and child care situations that may require the shop to close early so I recommend calling ahead for any late afternoon pick ups. There are a few spots left for the Farm to Pint Competition, and some time left before the August 31 bottle deadline. If you're concerned about bottle conditioning and you keg your batches, I have an easy solution to bottle your batch carbonated and ready to drink.
