A new federal rule now takes effect on December 11, 2026. It was written to stop synthetic, intoxicating h**p products, but the language is broad enough to catch full-spectrum CBD too, the kind that’s been tested, labeled, and sold legally for years. If it stands as written, most full-spectrum CBD on the market, including ours, would no longer meet the federal definition of h**p.
