We're so proud of our crew! Happy NDEAM!

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), a time to recognize the many contributions people with disabilities make in workplaces and communities across the country. At Imagine the Possibilities, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to discover their strengths, pursue meaningful employment, and achieve their goals.

Employment is about more than a paycheck. It can provide purpose, independence, connection, and the opportunity to contribute to a community. This month, we celebrate the individuals we support who are building careers, developing new skills, and reaching their employment goals. We also recognize the employers and community partners who help create inclusive workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

Together, we can continue to empower people to reach individual achievement across the spectrum of life and make meaningful employment a possibility for all.
